Robert Norfolk-Whittaker

Robert Norfolk-Whittaker has spent a decade contributing to international efforts on corruption, financial crime, and security. He began his career at the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), focusing on conflict prevention and peacebuilding in Central Asia. Robert later worked for the Financial Action Task Force, supporting their work to promote a more effective global system to address money laundering, terrorism financing, and the financing of weapons proliferation. Robert has also held several positions with the UK Government, most recently as Head of International Illicit Finance at HM Treasury.
Robert holds a MPhil in International Relations from the University of Cambridge, a Graduate Diploma in Economics from the University of London (Birkbeck), and a BA in Politics and Modern History from the University of Manchester.
Robert is currently based in Southeast Asia, undertaking consulting work for the UN.
